Bringing home a new baby is magic ... and a little chaotic. My newborn sessions are designed to be simple, calm, and baby-led so you can relax and be present. Prefer to stay cozy at home? I’ll bring a compact mobile studio and handle everything so the session runs smoothly. Want a clean, controlled look? Visit my Vancouver studio and we’ll capture the sweetness there.


Little Lumi’s style is modern, minimal, and timeless. I lean into classic poses, soft light, airy tones, and gender-neutral styling so your baby stays the focus.  I’m a mom, too, and I’ll take good care of you and your little one—from gentle, safety-first posing to thoughtful retouching and a smooth, stress-free experience.

The Process

Contact me while you're in your second or third trimester to book your session. I'll reserve your due date as a placeholder and then we'll confirm the session date after you've given birth. Please note: I only accept a few newborn clients per month.

plan


We'll set up a meeting to discuss your vision for the session. Inspiration photos are welcome. I'll also send you a prep guide and confirm details prior to your session.

03.


session day


Either you arrive at my Vancouver studio for your newborn photo session or I arrive at your home for the baby-led photoshoot. You can sit back and relax while I work my magic. We'll take breaks to feed and settle baby if needed.

04.


choose & receive


Unedited proofs will be delivered to you within 7 business days from your session. After you've made your selection, I will edit/retouch them and deliver the photos in colour and black & white, via online private gallery, within 10-14 business days.
