On photo day, we'll arrive early to set up. We start with the younger children (so they don't miss their nap time), followed by the older ones, to ensure we capture them at their best.

Parents/guardians are provided access to a private and secure online proofing site where they can view and order their photos with ease.

We can arrange for a makeup session on a different day at my studio in Vancouver.

How do you handle sensitive situations, such as children who may be camera-shy or have special needs?

We take a patient and gentle approach, ensuring each child feels comfortable. We can accommodate special needs and work closely with the school and parents to ensure a positive experience for every child.

Do you offer digital photos or only printed options?

Yes, we offer both digital and printed options. Digitals are delivered immediately after purchase via email and prints are consolidated and delivered to the school for distribution within 2-3 weeks.

Is there a fee for schools to book your services?

No, there is no booking fees for schools.

How do parents view and order the photos?

Parents/guardians will receive access to an online, secure and private proofing site where they can view and order their favourite images.

Can we create a custom backdrop set?

Yes, we can work together to plan something that aligns with your school's philosphy but still maintaining a minimal and timeless look.
